Shipping
Currently we only offer domestic shipping to destinations within the China. Orders are shipped via SF Ground with standard shipping rates
based on your address and the weight of your order.
Order Processing
Please allow 72 hours for orders to process. Tracking will be provided once shipped.
All orders are final and cannot be changed.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding
weekends and holidays). Orders received after normal business hours on Friday, or on
Saturday or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Please note that
custom collections are subject to artwork and production lead times before they can

Returns
We pride ourselves in the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are not
completely satisfied, please
contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, you must notify
us within
30 days of delivery of your order. Please provide your order
number along with your email address, phone number, and a detailed description of the
damaged or incorrect items. We will promptly replace or exchange these
